Identified - We have identified an issue with the inbound call handling of Fonality's own technical support telephone number. A majority of calls are completing as usual, if you are unable to reach us via the 866 number, you can also dial into the 877-366-2548 number and hit the option for support.

Investigating - Netfortris has identified an issue that could potentially affected outbound calling for a subset of customers. We are aware of the issue and we're currently working to resolve it.

Investigating - We have identified an issue that affects some of our HUD Web users, specifically with regard to HUD Web features on Trixbox. A Trixbox server can be identified by a six digit server ID. We are aware of the issue and we're working on it.
