Resolved - Monitoring has completed and services remain stable. This is now resolved.

Monitoring - Paperless fax services have now been restored. Inbound and outbound messages are now being successfully received and delivered. We will continue to closely monitor systems but no further disruptions are expected at this time.

Update - Inbound paperless faxes being received at this time but outbound delivery success is still intermittent. Engineers are still engaged and working to fully restore outbound service. We will continue to post updates through resolution.

Update - Engineering work continues as we attempt to stabilize electronic fax services. This effort remains our top priority at this time and we will continue to work diligently to provide full resolution as soon as possible.

Identified - Engineers have identified the problem that is interrupting some paperless fax services. Paperless fax services are intermittently operational at this time and top resources are working to provide full resolution. We will continue to provide updates as these efforts progress.
