Impact:Customers will be unable to access Heads-Up-Display (HUD) and the Control Panel (CP) during the maintenance period. No interruption is expected for voice service. We expect full functionality by 6 a.m. CDT, Saturday, May 19th.

Identified - UPDATE: NetFortris engineers have utilized alternate internet pathways to route voice traffic around impacted areas. Services may be degraded during this time. We are continuing our review and communication with area internet providers to locate optimal internet gateways.

We have identified major internet disruption in the region and believe this is the primary factor in the voice service disruption. Our engineering resources are in contact with area internet providers and continuing to monitor and asses the situation at this time.
