Update - Inbound calls to Fonality support are now mostly failing. We hope to have this problem fixed asap.

Identified - We have identified an issue with the inbound call carrier handling Fonality's own technical support telephone number. You can still call support and speak with support, but hold times will be longer than usual and will not receive a ticket number from the automated system. If you need to reach us during this time, please open a ticket electronically via your Control Panel.
