Our Infrastructure Dept. verified that a networking configuration error was corrected to restore the impacted services. Support has confirmed with some impacted customers that services are operational!

Support has received reports of multiple VA Hosted Public Cloud customers unable to place/receive calls. Our Infrastructure Dept. is aware and currently investigating the issue!
