Zipwhip will be performing system maintenance on the infrastructure supporting its customers. This work is being completed to ensure greater reliability and improved uptime across the platform. The maintenance window, impact and scope of work is outlined below.
All Zipwhip 1.0 software customers and API users will be impacted by the maintenance on the evening of Saturday, November 9, 2019 PST. During this maintenance, Zipwhip 1.0 users may experience brief periods of application unavailability and increased error rates from the API. Messages sent during this period, including scheduled messages and auto replies, may be queued and delayed to recipients but no messages will be dropped or lost as a result of this maintenance.
